What a wonderful quaint hotel nestled in the foothills outside of Denver in Golden Colorado. We were treated royally from our checkin at the from desk to our great dinner in the hotel's Bridgewater Grill. We had a beautiful creekside view from our room and enjoyed the Christmas lights of a winter wonderland adorning that area. Everyone we encountered from the hotel was about customer service. We felt very appreciated. We will be back!

Just attended a conference here on Customer Service, and the hotel staff here were perfect examples of how to wow customers. They were very polite and helpful to the guests. The food that they served for lunch and breakfast was delicious and the evening meals there were very reasonable and tasty. Not too often that you can say hotel food is good, but it was here. Also, the bar staff was very friendly and helpful on suggested things to do.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations. The hotel had good food for breakfast and dinner and in the evening, the bar was a friendly, great place for a quiet drink. Since I was working out of town, I received great recommendations from the bartender for lunches. I would recommend this hotel, as everything in town is within walking distance, which is a plus! Also, there is the option to park underground if it looks like snow.

I spent three nights here in November, and found it to be a very well run hotel, in a good location. The hotel bar is lively and friendly, and the food is good. It is in the centre of the town, which is quite small, but with some interesting history and shops. It is also right beside Clearwater creek, which has a lovely walkway beside it. I would recommend it, and would be happy to return.
