I recently took a weekend to getaway to the Glenwood Hot Spring which I have stayed at previously. What an amazing experience. First of all Shelby at the front desk is one of the best hotel customer service representatives I have ever met, and I work for a hotel myself. She is knowledgable and courteous. The other staff was also very friendly but she was superior. The room had an amazing view of the springs and mountains with a nice flat screen tv and comfortable bedding. There was even a mini fridge and microwave which was a very welcome surprise. Housekeeping was completed while we were at breakfast everyday and was diligent. Claude at the Grill was very helpful and courteous and greeted me by name every morning. He was really nice. The free breakfast is now a hot breakfast and all inclusive...amazing addition to my last visit and really was the cherry on top. No better hotel for the location, amenities, and view! You won't regret it.

We stayed here in early February,2012, to ski at Aspen-Snowmass. It has been increasingly difficult to find reasonable accomodations for two at Snowmass, so we decided to stay here and drive daily up the hill, an easy 45 minute drive on 4-lane highway. The hotel is very nice (recently renovated), the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free access to the heated out-door pool (apparently the worlds biggest). It's a short 3-minute walk from the hotel. A free breakfast is served next to the pool also. Choice of continental breakfast or cooked-to-order with omelets, scrambled eggs, burritos, etc. Rooms are nice, clean, large TV. Ours had a small balcony. Limited,covered free parking on a first come basis, large parking lot out back for the rest. We enjoyed the stay. Nothing like a good soak in the large (104 C degrees) hot section after a day of skiing. Spent the money we saved by staying away from Snowmass accomodations on meals in the many good restaurants in town.

People there are always friendly and helpful,love the atomespher and I cam't wait to come back and unwind!

Great deal with room, unlimited hotsprings pool entry and cooked breakfast...besides being the closest lodging in town to the pool. Just a couple minutes walk was easy even in the cool of the winter. Was slow winter weekday, so the kind hotel staff upgraded our economy room.
