When your husband and children are 6'+ it is great to have a room with 2 Queen beds!
The mattresses are a bit hard but the extra inches make a huge difference if you're economizing and traveling with a family of adults. We were here over 4th of July and having this prime location (walked to CC Arts Festival, watched fireworks from the lawn) at an affordable price makes all the difference! They've cleaned up their act but watch for long-timers' pet leavings.

This is an excellent stay for me and my friend. We spent three days, and never had a single thing go wrong. The hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, with everything within a mile or two to get to anything. The overall stay was great.

I stay in hotels 100+ days a year and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Let me quickly describe my stay:

-Arrived at 11 pm and was given key to someone else's room. I walked in and scared some poor woman half to death
- I then was given a smoking room despite my strong objection
- At 1:15 am that same night, someone came into my room when they were given the key to my room. Twice in one night!!!
- Second night the internet went down for 6 hours
- Third day they lost a courier package that was sent to the hotel. It took them 3+ hours to find it.

On top of all this, no one seems to care about what was going on. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever staying in - by a long shot.

It was snowing very heavily when we arrived at the hotel and road conditions were not that great and we had just driven in the bad weather for an hour. When we arrived we were told that they were short on rooms and that it would be 20-30 minutes before we could check in even though we already had a reservation. We went back to check in an hour later and were told we would have to wait yet another hour before checking in, so we were stuck sitting in our car in the bad weather waiting to check in. Once we checked in we were given a room that had not even been cleaned yet. We reported it to the office person who then gave us another room which was cleaner and nicer. However, we only got 2 hours of sleep that night because the people staying in the room next to us were arguing and screaming all night long and it was hard to sleep through it. On top of that, you may as well sleep on a ton of bricks because the beds aren't any more comfortable than that.
