“MAGICAL GETAWAY”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 November 2011

TWe celebrated Thanksgiving at the Frisco Lodge. This was our second stay there. You could not stay at a more accommodating B&B. The food is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The town is just simply magical. We will be going back again. The cost was very reasonable especially for all the attention they give you and the food they serve you. We loved our stay. “Perfect price, personality and location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 October 2011

Fisco Lodge is advertized as a B&B, and it is, but in a cozy way not just filling a place full of antiques. The separate rooms from the lodge have a kitchennette with coffeemaker, microwave and crockery. There's a wonderful cobblestone courtyard with small fountains and flowerbeds next to hot tub and outside fireplace. The Lodge is very comfortable and would be a great place to be if 'snowed in'. Breakfast was fantastic, from fresh waffles to freshly made eggs, sausage, potatoes and a latte or capacinno thrown in. You could tell the owners and employees took great pride in making your stay the best it could be. The location right on Main Street in Frisco means great shops and restaurants are right at your door. Even a visit to Breckenridge was only 15 mins drive away. We'd looked at hotels in the area and their price was crazy. Frisco Lodge was a great price and I wouldn't stay anywhere else now.

“Great place to finish our wonderful vacation.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 October 2011

We spent our last night here before flying back to the UK the following day. We had spent 3 weeks exploring your wonderful national parks & had covered nearly 3,000 miles. We couldn't have picked a better location!!

On check in we received a very warm welcome & were soon in our rooms. They are great. Spotlessly clean, excellent beds & very well appointed bathrooms. We didn't use the kitchen but what a great idea.

The free cocktail hour was another pleasant surprise & was very well attended. We managed not to disgrace ourselves.

When we arrived back after dinner I was happily allowed to use the computer & printer to check in for my BA flight back to London & print my boarding passes.

Breakfast was terrific & I made my very first waffle! It was delicious, or was that the fresh fruit I used to accompany it?

This is a great place. Highly recommended.

“great breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

did an overnight here while doing some mountain activities. rooms in the back building seem to be a converted motel, but clean and comfortable with small refrigerator.
breakfast was amazing, two egg dishes, yogurt, cereal, pastries (amazing sticky rolls which went fast) and excellent oatmeal. that might have been because it was a sunday morning but was our only day there.
staff is friendly and helpful, and frisco was very nice in the fall colors with lot of dining options on main st.

Room Tip: looks like the main lodge building has more traditional b&b type rooms

“Great stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 September 2011

We had planned to stay in Breckenridge but " discovered" the Lodge in Frisco. The people that operate the lodge are hospitible and very accomodating. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are outstanding. The room did not have A/C, but it really wasn't necessary.. even during the last week of September.
We visited almost every major city & town in Colorado in 7 days, but Frisco is the place we'll return to, and no doubt stay at the Lodge. It is a great base to visit the rest of the attractions in the area.
