What a nice place and great staff! Kathleen, Steve and Larry made us feel very welcome. This place is highly recommended for extended families. Wife and I were on a scouting mission to find a home-base for a week of Copper Mountain skiing at Christmas. There are nine of us with kids and spouses. The suites at Woods Inn open up very well to accommodate groups up to 15 or so. Nice homey touches throughout. One block from main street, next to historic park, good restaurants and night spots nearby, and 1½ blocks from free ski shuttle to Copper. We had spent the night before in Copper's Central Village and enjoyed it greatly, but we loved Woods Inn even more. The town of Frisco has lots to offer for entertainment and just walking around. It is the hub of Summit County, with close proximity to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Copper Mountain, and even Vail/Beaver Creek. The Silverthorne Factory Stores are 3-4 miles back toward Denver on I-70 for great shopping. Gather round the giant iron chiminea fire in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine with other travelers. The Woods Inn even supplies the wine glasses and the corkscrew. Enjoy!

The gentlmen that runs the place is just wonderful. Very accommodating, and very cheap in price! We sat by the warm fire and me very heart warming people! Definitely worth stopping and near main street with great restaurants

I live by this " You spend money on shoes and beds, The 2 things you will do most in your life! Stand and Sleep!!!! The room was decorated very nice. It was very clean. Has microwave,mini fridge,19" TV even a full size coffee maker.But the ONE thing that every person desires is a great nights rest!! In room 300-A the mattress/box spring are matched set with a cheap mattress pad for cushion.The tag on it says the model is a Sleeper Delight by Hotel Embassy with a 8yr guarantee.This mattress is HORRIBLE. I would recommend to the Hotel to spend the money for great mattress sets

Perfect for spending time in the mountains. They are nestled in Frisco, just off I-70 and a half block from the main street and fabulous dining. Great views, clean and quiet with the most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Highly recommend. They are also pet friendly.
