The stay at the hotel was average. The room was very small, but okay for 1 night. However, if you go, don't leave anything behind because you will never see it again and check your bill! Someone tell me how you can leave a pair of shoes in the middle of the floor, but have NO ONE find them. I had to call 3 times about the shoes because the 1st 2 people I talked to never called me back. On the 3rd call, I finally asked for a manager. Not only did someone there take my shoes, but there was a $22 charge on my credit card from the hotel the day AFTER we left. Not only could they strangely not find a pair of shoes in the middle of the floor, but they couldn't "see" any extra charges made! It is on my credit card from the hotel, but no one at the hotel made the charge? Riiiight.....they probably made it while wearing my shoes! Dishonest employees will not get return customers and I am in Ft. Collins A LOT. I will never stay at this hotel again. I don't want to pay someone to steal from me!

Been there for busines on December 2011, and most reviews spoke about a "first Courtyard generation" hotel, during check in I was told about some final flooring works and was a great surprise to see that the hotel is under renovation process.
About the rest nothing special, clean rooms with coffe maker, free and fast wi fi, good sized desktop to work and not much more to say... Once yo have been in one Courtyard it is allways the same, except for the swimming pool that you can find on this one.

Located at 10 minutes drive to shopping areas and with some restaurants and sport bars arround, not the best location but good enough for 89 bucks with breakfast included.

We stayed here in early December during a family event in Ft. Collins. This place is truly nothing special. The room was clean and warm, which was nice during the snow storms. There are markets nearby, walking distance during the warmer months. No microwave in the room, but a mini fridge.

Overall, it was a little run down, but pretty much what I expected. Continental breakfast is NOT included with your rate, so plan accordingly.

My wife and I stayed for three nights last week.

The good:
- Very nice staff
- Location was good

The not so good:
- Older hotel with stained carpet in the really dark hallways. Lobby was very nice and looked like it had been updated.
- Mattress must have been fairly old and not turned in quite a while. There valleys in it where people had laid on it over time.
- Was a little mildewy feeling in the room. Kind of moist air all of the time.
- Room just felt quite old and not so clean, although I never saw any evidence that it wasn't clean.

We paid $99 / night and it is overpriced. This is a $60 / night hotel, especially since so breakfast was included. There is a Holiday Inn next door that was a few more dollars that will be my choice next time.
