We needed a clean, easy on- off Interstate hotel for an overnight as a drive to Grand Junction was next day.The hotel is dated and and little beat up but the location in a business park was central and safe. Not too close to the university and off the main hwy so that it was quiet and peaceful. Many restaurants within walking distance and parking was secure.
The King studio room was a little worn with a furniture selection that was a lower grade than most Hamptons. Checkin was quick, room spotless and the mattress new so we slept soundly. WiFi was fast and the LCD TV had adequate channels to keep our interest. The breakfast room was overheated and inadequate in size so I took my cereal back to the room.
If you need a functional overnight I would rec this place only IF you can get the reduced AARP rate of $79/n or less. That is exactly what it was worth.
