my family and i had not made reservations at a hotel for the trip home, we were winging it and seeing where we ended up. we found however that every city along our path had no vacancy, with three kids in the car we finally got ahold of dave at your front desk at 1 am. dave said u had one room available with one bed, he offered us a roll away and gave us directions and an estimated time of arrival. we arrived at the suits at 2:30 in the morning dave met us at the counter with a smile he knew who we were, had the roll away already in the room and brought us extra towels, blankets and pillows. he made sure we were set for the night and that our stay was a pleasent one...thank you for employing people with this much attention to customer service.

we had a week to get our daughter settled at CSU...the staff helped us from securing maps to repairing our car alarm. house keeping, front desk, breakfast guy, maintenance--everyone was genuinely caring and helpful. plus quiet peaceful surroundings,great for short evening walks to de-stress

As a Hilton Diamond member, I was pleased to be able to find a Hilton hotel on a very busy week in Fort Collins. Unfortunately, the walls were thin and the hotel was filled with lots of families with babies and screaming kids. (It was a long night.) The room had dirty carpet with worn furniture and stained bedding. By 7:00am, most breakfast items had disappeared with no replacements available. There was no regular cream for coffee (only flavored stuff), no fruit and one dried bagel. I left and went to a neighborhood restaurant for coffee and a light breakfast. The staff and management was totally unresponsive and I paid a premium for this room as it was the only one they had left when I called for reservations. NEVER again!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a third floor room. The hotel "cleaned" the rugs but the odor left over was overwhelming. The bed comforter had seen better days. My wife said the surfaces could have been cleaner, seemed ok to me by my cleanliness bar is lower than hers.

The breakfast was good and since it was included you couldn't beat the price. We did get a bit tired of eggs everyday. They also had waffles, cereal and fruit. It helped us save about $15 a day.

The location was great, just off I 25, tons of restaurants in the area. I'd go back....
