“Wonderful three day stay”

From the moment we walked in the door and met Ashley at the desk, to the picture she took for us at the end of our stay, we felt welcome. Location on Harmony was a pleasant drive from Interstate 25, the rooms were comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, pool was family friendly, hotel is clean, breakfast had variety, and I enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace with a friend for a visit. Wifi worked well, a handy office for internet usage is just off the lobby, and we were given a bargain rate. What else could we need? Every staff member was pleasant and helpful, but special kudos and thanks to Ashley for her kindness. We visit Fort Collins at least once a year and have found our spot.

“nice hotel”

I am so happy to stay this hotel. excellent staff, great service and very clean room.
I will stay there again when I travel to Fort Collins.

“Dissapointed stay”

There was no grip in bathtub. Took a spill in it as I got in. Hanging from it's wiring was a smoke detector. Loose bathroom tile. No milk or creamer for coffee. No free newspapers fro weekend
Priority members, only weekdays. Probably won't go back for quite a while.

Room Tip: Check your room before you commit.

“Competitive Rates”

We found this hotel to be satisfactory but the rates were higher than the Fort Collins Marriott which certainly has better amenities than a Holiday Inn Express and has a better location proximity to the Colorado State U campus

“Great, except breakfast.”

My stay was plesant, everything was fine and it was in a wonderful location with great shopping and resturants near by. The only complanit I have is breakfast. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses, and while this one had all the same items for breakfast as anywhere else, they were very sparse about what they put out. Every morning, only about 4 bagels were put out, and maybe 8 muffins. It just looked very measley and poor, while other Holiday Inn Expresses keep their breakfast fully stocked and nice looking. The lady working breakfast was great, but I just dont understand why they keep it very low on supply and understocked. Good thing there was an IHOP next door.
