We stayed at the Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center over the Thanksgiving weekend while visiting our daughter and family. I would describe this hotel as very comfortable in every way. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculate and very inviting in the colors, the materials, the carpeting. The two TVs were Phillips flat-screens, and the pictures were so vivid and had such amazing color that it made me come home and do some adjustments on our TV to try to get it to look that good!

As in most Embassy Suites that do made-to-order breakfast, there can be quite a wait in line, but the atmosphere was so pleasant that it made the wait worthwhile. Many choices of seating while eating breakfast; we chose comfortable chairs surrounding a low coffee table.

Our grandchildren came one morning to swim with us. The pool looks small, but is really very adequate once you’re in it. Even though there were quite a few people and kids swimming, we had plenty of room, and the pool was nicely heated, too.

I would highly recommend this hotel to both couples and families. Even though there were many families with children, something about the acoustics helped to maintain a quiet and warm atmosphere throughout.

We really love this hotel. Great breakfast and the free cocktails and snacks in the evening are a real plus. Rooms are good size and a seperate living area is ideal. We use the fold out bed for my grandaughter. The bathroom is also spacious and I do like a bath. My grandaughter and son love the swimming pool and exersize room. I like the hot tub, but was closed last two times I was there. We alway stay fri. to sun. I don't know if this is just a weekend problem or what. This is why I gave it a 4 star rating, All staff and house keeping are always ready to help. The hotel is in a convient area, not far from most activities in denver, and just off interstate 25 helps.

It's an Embassy Suites so you know a bit about what you're getting....suite style room, open atrium feeling, good breakfast in the morning and a hotel that usually isn't ghost empty. All of those things stand true at this hotel but...

- The front desk staff is quick to act and are looking to make sure your experience is a solid one. I needed a room change due my initial room being near the elevator. Not their fault and more just a preference but without issue or hesitation, they moved me.
- The bartenders were exceptional. Each night we stopped by for a drink after a long day and they were pleasant and attentive. I feel bad for not remembering both their names (Alba was one) but hey...they're bartenders so we were drinking. I guess they did their job.
- The seating for the breakfast as well as the breakfast staff are great and a delight to start the day.

I guess to sum it up...it's an Embassy Suites that's fairly updated and typical BUT the staff sets it apart as a little more than that. Next time I'm in Denver, I'll be staying there again.

The hotel is a typical Embassy Suites establishment, perhaps looking a little frayed around the edges. The room was clean; the area was convenient for getting around; the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with an above average selection of breakfast items to chose from and the manager's reception was very good - very happy with the Samuel Adams selection on draft. An added plus was the quiet!! No interstate noise, no noisy neighbors.
