We initially used a free night here because we arrived real late but were staying for several days. We had planned on staying at an IGH location with extended stay abilities...that is until that place turned out to be a fraud and we returned here. Rick was awesome at getting us set back up and taken care of. He went way above the call of duty to take care of us. The facility is clean, well kept and the pool is awesome. The breakfast staff had no issues either. We highly recommend this place for one night or several. They staff even sets out coffee and cookies for the evening. Its always the small things that make the difference. They live up to and exceed the groups expectations.

The rooms are large, breakfast was very good with a lot of hot and cold choices. You'll have to go to starbucks for coffee. It was way weak. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel itself is no more than average. Very simple, "no frills" hotel that is kept clean. While looking clean, many of the rooms do have an unpleasant odor. As a soccer team, we had many rooms and nearly all of them had an unpleasant odor, whether it was a smoke smell or a body odor scent.....and yes, the body odor was there prior to the teams' arrival ;-)

The breakfast was hot, but just "okay" at best.

The difference here is the staff! Rick checked us in on Friday afternoon and from this point forward, Rick took excellent care of us! Even while he was busy, he was very helpful and accommodating. We had an early morning game on Sunday and would have to leave before breakfast would normally be served. When asked if the breakfast room or banquet room could be opened early so that we could bring in fruits and bagels for the girls' breakfast, Rick immediately worked out an arrangement with the breakfast lady (I didn't get her name and I wish I had because she did a great job, and I mean no disrespect by calling her the "breakfast lady"). On Sunday morning, breakfast was up and running by 6 a.m! Now, that's customer service! By this time, Rick was about 20 hours into his shift but still upbeat and helpful....although he needed a shave ;-)

We are a traveling team so we spend some time in hotels. We have never experienced anyone like Rick. You would think the guy owns the hotel by the way he made sure he did everything within his powers to accommodate us!

This staff goes above and beoyond it accomodating guests, rooms are clean and spacious, food is outstanding especially the coffee and cinnamon rolls.
