Employees are amazing! I left 3 important articles of clothing in the closet when I checked out. The cleaning staff saved them. A week later I called to ask about the clothing and Diane at the front desk checked with the cleaning staff, put everything in a FedEx box and I had my belongings 3 days later.

This was the icing on the cake to a wonderful hotel stay. The room was small but everything was top-notch. Soft, thick towels, wonderful bedding on a great bed, wi-fi. Even the breakfast was great - fresh fruit, good yogurt, eggs, sausage. Just a great experience overall.

We traveled from southern illinois to las angeles by car, staying every night in a different hotel. This one tops them all. Especially helpful and very kind at the check in was Regina, a wonderful woman. The rooms are top notch, very clean and had everything that we needed. I will recommend this stop to anyone.

Looks like a re-branded HI Express - i.e. older facility that was remodeled. Rooms very small but they "squeeze" a lot in. Refrig, desk, easy chair, king bed. My wife and I felt crowded. Bathroom small. Also, doesn't appear hotel ever offers reward nigts? so Priority Club members check that out. Eating area in lobby small. I agree with other comment about dining - "Pastatively" one of best restaurants I have ever eaten at - about two blocks from hotel. All in all, OK for a night, but not a "treat" like newer HI Expresses.

The gal at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating ! she suggested dinner within walking distance(pastabilities) that was one of the best we had (including the 5 star resorts. The room was clean and shuttle to airport on time . breakfast was great and choc.chip cookies awaited us at checkin. I think the gals name was diana.
