We had a river view room. The light at night was very bright and the noise from other visitors was disturbing. The room was clean; however, we had to call for our room to be cleaned after 3 pm. We had been away from our room for several hours and expected it to be cleaned when we returned. I had to call from the front desk phone to get someone to come check me out.

The Doubletree was sold out so I booked a room for one night between Christmas and New Year's Eve. I should have known when I called to confirm and "Sara" the manager was quite curt and unfriendly that it going to be a bad experience. The room was very small witth an odor I can't really describe. The biggest issue was the noise. Parking is right up against the doors to the rooms. It was a long miserable night.

River was across the parking lot and night lights so bright you had to close the drapes anyway. We found it clean but shabby. It was pretty quiet for the area. At least two buses were parked in the back lot with us too.

Spent 3 nights here with family during fall break. Walking path behind hotel along the river was a real bonus, especially for our dog.

Great location. We walked everywhere including the local Discovery Museum, which was also great.

Workout room and indoor pool were nice too.

Rates were good this time of year. Wish they had rooms with 2 queen beds instead of doubles.
