“Great B & B - Felt like home - Breakfast was Phenomenal!”

Logwood Rocks! We stayed in the Animas and Fawn rooms for 4 nights! Miles, Neil, Vickie and others make you feel right at home. The beds were so nice and comfy. The views, the setting by the Animas RIver were exactly what we needed.

The breakfasts were so good. The French Toast souffle was scandalous! Don't miss it!

The entire staff goes out of their way to tell you about the area, places to go, places to eat, sight seeing!

I was sick 1 day and Vickie, played Mom to me and made sure I ate well, drank fluids not what you would get if you stayed in a fancy hotel.

We recommend the Logwood to anyone staying in the Durango area. We will be back soon if for nothing else but to chow down on the French toast souffle!

Many thanks to everyone that makes the Logwood such a wonderful delight.

“Felt Like Home”

Awesome place to stay! The two young men (Trent and Miles) who run this Bed and Breakfast goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and that you feel right at home!

The rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable from the logwood beds with warm quilts to the just cozy atmosphere.

Breakfast was some of the best I have ever had and so was the fresh baked cookies and brownies that were on the table for us every evening when we arrived back from touring.

Trent and Miles made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed and if there was any problems, they went above and beyond to get you what you needed.

If I am in the area again for any reason, this would be the first place on my list to stay!

Thanks to both Trent and Miles for making our vacation one of the most comfortable and relaxing one we have ever been on!

“Beautiful place with lots of fun, friendly travelers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 September 2010

My husband and I recently stayed at Logwood B&B while on a business trip into Durango. We stayed downstairs in the Silverton room which had a TV. The breezes from the River blew into the room making it so nice and cool.

We had the best time talking with other travelers and making friends with Miles and Trent. The breakfasts were delicious and served only at one time such that all the folks staying at the B&B were together and could talk.

The atmosphere was very laid back - the scenery was beautiful and the walk down to the River was quite enjoyable. We didn't go into Durango the first night for dinner but opted instead for getting Deli meat and bread at the PJ's Market and fixing a sandwich for our dinner there at the B&B.

We wished we had allowed more time for another night to be spent here, but we were off to another location in Utah for some hiking and had to leave after only two nights.

Thanks to Miles for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to visit again.

“Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes !!!”

Stayed 4 nights here in the "Narrow Gauge" Room. The place is managed by two 25 yo guys from the Dallas area. Not your usual B&B hosts, they were absolutely terrific and very entertaining. We shared the place and some great conversations with the staff and some folks from California, Georgia and Texas. We will go back here again.

“Great Place - Even Greater Hosts”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 July 2010

We had a one night stay on July 18th after a long day on the motorcycles. We had a group of 12. The innkeepers, Trent and Miles, went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. The patio was a perfect place to unwind after a long day on the bikes. We had a few teenagers with us the management even took care of them by setting up a crouqet course on the lawn. Overall a great experience and we definitely will be staying at Logwood on our next trip to the Durango area.
