“Mice on my bed!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 January 2012

person found this review helpful

Staff were nice. Shuttle service very good/ convenient. My very nice room smelled like a teenage boys room. I awoke at 1:00am to find a mouse on my bed. Another one running from underneath the bed to the sofa. I left the hotel on a much earlier shuttle defeating the object of staying in a hotel so I wouldn't have to leave home to drive to airport so early in the morning. Front desk clerk was polite but informed me they could not re-imburse or discount any monies since I had booked on-line. Will never stay at a Ramada again.

Room Tip: Bring a mouse trap

“wrong room, rude clerk”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 December 2011

We made our reservation at Ramada's website for a suite with a hot tub (as listed in the room amenities) . We called 3 times because the site also showed 2 different rates and we wanted to be sure. We received an email conformation for a suite with a hot tub. Upon arrival we found that the room was a suite, but no hot tub. We returned the desk and were told that was what their computer said (no hot tub) and that was what we were getting. After several minutes of rude conversation with my wife, the clerk refused to speak to her and told me he was giving us the hot tub room, (like it was a favor to give us what we reserved) and that we could take it up with management when they came in 2 days. We checked into our room and found the ice machine on our didn't work, the pool was closed, the fitness room was closed, not to mention that we had to park a block away on the street because the parking lot was full of park and fly cars. We stay anywhere in Denver but there!

I am greatly sorry for the rudeness of the front desk. I can assure you that this is not the norm. I am currently in the process of looking into the situation with the reservation and the parking. I wanted to also apologize for the pool being out of order due to repairs. I hope you accept my apologies and look forward to seeing you in the future.

“big room”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 October 2011

The hotel isnt far from the airport or the hire car companies. There is a Wallmart nearby to do any shopping. The room was nice and big and clean with wi-fi,fridge,coffee maker,tv. Also a bonus is the laundry available to wash and dry clothes. Breakfast was included with cereals, pastries, tost, muffins and fruits. This hotel did the job for an overnight stay.

“Ok for a night close to the Airport”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 October 2011

A bit away from the airport (as all other airport hotels) with free shuttle -- a good place if you have to stay between two flights or want to drop somebody off early in the morning ... friendly staff, free wireless, nice looking indoor pool, ample parking. The elevator worked, the room was clean. Nothing to complain about, but actually had no time in between two flights to check much out.

“Good value stay close to the airport”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 September 2011

Owing to a 5 hour flight delay I arrived at 3am. There was no problem checking into my room. A pleasant clean room with a comfortable King size bed and a sofa bed. The fridge was quiet and the room also had a microwave and in-room coffee. The TV offered around 40 channels. There were lots of sockets in the room. The continental breakfast was OK, but the dining room was very small and crowded.
