Stayed at this hotel because of the weather and I was very satisfied. Did not look appealing from the outside. Lady at check in was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only thing that was a little bothersome was the traffic I could hear outside of my room but I should've expected that with the hotel being right next to the highway. After I heard two ambulances go by, the traffic didn't bother me at all! I would stay here again.

Truly looks awful and run down from the street when arriving- seriously almost canceeld and went elsewhere. We asked the on site person if we could see a room first and she was very understanding and the rooms were new- we elected to stay around the back away from the Highway. For my purposes the location was great- again this is a short trip with little down time- so my time in a hotel in this case was for sleeping and showering only. This was just fine and very easy on the budget-expense report $55! Great Showers! Flat screen tv, easy parking-

When I killed the roach on the night stand and called the desk, I was told that I must have killed a "tree bug".

When I caught the second roach I took photos before delivering it to the front desk.

The "General Manager" of this house will offer to let you audit her pest control records, but, she won't have a room treated and move you to it. She'll just tell you that the rooms are treated monthly and that what you think is a roach is a "tree bug". Don't expect customer service here unless you deal with the very nice lady who works 3rd shift. No one else has a clue. After you meet the "General Manager" you'll understand why.

I was somewhat put off as soon as we drove in and realized that we were directly behind a resteraunt. Who wants to look out and see the garbage cans and often resteraunt staff taking a break outback.
When we got to the desk they said they would see if they had a room available. What????? We had booked this on line 2 weeks prior. Unfortunately, they did have a room.
It has become my practice to inspect the room before I even take my things in. There were several long dark hairs stuck to the back of the bathroom door. Yuck!!! It was quite apparent that the floors that required mopping, had only had a mop run over them. around the edges there was built up crud. The bottom of the bathroom door and the lower door facing were rotted and painted over, and another place for the filth to build up. We did complain and they sent someone in to clean the bathroom door.
Our accomidations were for 3 adults. We had to ask for towels and washclothes. I would have thought that since we had made our reservations that the room would have been prepared.
As far as the continental breakfast, they were out of everything when we went at 8:00 am. The lobby was packed and nobody was leaving. The eggs were soft boiled! Not appetizing at all. There was no batter for waffles. Barely any cereal. A couple of green bananas, and some VERY ripe oranges.
Other accomidations were not an option due to the first game for the Broncos, a concert, the Rockies games, and some kind of swap meet.
I was truely astonished that this place was a LaQuinta. I was sure that they would have checked this place out before allowing it to become one of thiers.
Having been to Denver before, I was aware that the Cherry Creek area is nice and clean. I have stayed at many LaQuintas and they have all been very clean and pleasant. Well folks, not this one. I can guarentee it looks much better online. The rooms are very small and they don't have queen beds. The beds they do have, should have been retired at least a couple years ago.
They have SPIDERS!!!!! Didn't see any roaches.
