Our family was here due to my mother being admitted to Swedish Hospital. The pricing was great. The accomodations were excellant. We loved that there was a kitchen in each suite. It enabled us to eat quickly between hospital runs. The pool was at a 85 degree temperature and still opened for the season.

The staff helped us every way they could. The general manager made us feel like we were home.

We stayed there for one night, and we will never go back again.
The place was dirty. There were stains everywhere on the carpets on the hallways and the elevator. The stove top was warped and hard to use. The refrigerator was dented. The studio was small and cramped. The bed was way too soft and worn. A person will slide off to the floor if sitting on the edge of the bed.

The hotel websites photos are very deceiving. The rooms are very small. We made a reservation for 5 people. Only had three towels. When we asked for more we did not get them. Had to finally walk over at midnight to the office to get them. There was a hole in the door of one of the bedrooms. Cable did not work for part of our stay. Seemed outdated and dirty. I was disappointed considering how much I paid per night. Staff was very nice. Hotel was in a good location right next to a movie theater, store and restaurants.

Other than the great 2 bedroom layout, our favorite thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very helpful and friendly and actually contacted us before our stay to ask about our needs and fulfill any requests. Other positive things include: fast and free wired internet access, good quality furniture, comfortable beds, good HVAC, decent kitchen. Very kid friendly.

For the minor negatives, the building condition in the room was not that great: inner bathroom door had a crack and was hard to close, the lighting in the shower is dim, and the toilet ran a little bit all the time, and the windows are cheap and don't seal very well. Also, be sure to check out an aerial photo before you go, since the signs are small and it is hard for a newcomer to find from Monoco St (it is right next to Chilis and the movie theater, just past the strip mall/King Soopers and Picolo restaurant).
