This place is pretty cool. It is dated, but that is part of the charm. The rooms are really 'apartments' - they are large with separate lounge room, kitchen and bedroom and they are well set out. The service is excellent and the thing we liked the most was the shuttle service which came in very handy for getting around downtown. We'll be back.

We chose the Burnsley because it was in walking distance to a wedding reception. And without a doubt it is a great choice for any occassion. 1. It's more like a one bedroom apartment than a suite. Perfect for a family with kids.. sep bedroom (great bedding), nice kitchen and dining space with large balcony with views of the capital. 2. Close to all things in Denver, yet on a residenial street that is perfect for walking. 3. The bar, much like it's neighbor Charlie Brown's Bar, has old school touches that give a great taste of history, with rich dark colors and some kitchie things of visual interest. 4. FREE COVERED PARKING. nuff said. 5. The staff were welcoming and gave great insight into the Denver scene. I enjoy lux hotels, but this is def. a place I would bring the kids or for a friends getaway. Plenty of room to move around and space to enjoy.

Great location near the Capital. Several local night spots. The room had been remodeled , the bedding was modern with taste. We stay here when ever in Denver.
