Carpet is worn and wrinkled. Service is poor. Menu needs updating. one hour for room service is weak. room amenities were ok. Tv good. Bedding good. Property has tired feel. Built in 70's, remodeled, but still needs work. Highway was really loud. 10 miles from DIA.

Not a bad property for the money for the incompetence of the staff and the manager when attending the guests needs makes it a terrible hotel.

I usually book this hotel through hotwire.com because I always get a great deal on the price, and I always know that I'm gonna get a clean and nice room with all the amenities and great customer service too! They even made a wrap once even after the kitchen was closed! That's what i call customer service ;). They always pick you up on time, except for one that the van forgot to pick me up, but oh well honest mistake... Other than that I love staying at this hotel every time I have to stay overnight in Denver.

Nice hotel if you want to be close to the airport, they have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Considering winter weather in Denver, this is a good hotel if you have a flight the next morning. Limited but decent food choices nearby. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Excellent bed and bed linen quality / cleanliness, in fact the best I have seen in a long time. in a hotel. Great shower head. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel anytime.
