We had three rooms in the hotel. One had tears in the sheets. One had wet towels on the sink. Two of the tv remotes didn't work. The toilets did not flush as they should have. The breakfast consisted of an open loaf of bread, bagels, and rolls. There was dry cereal -- but no milk. (It was to be there "in 20 minutes", but it never made it.) The coffee pots were empty. When the worker was told, she went out to smoke before she made another pot. There was a hot waffle iron, but there wasn't any mix. There was one napkin on the counter. You had to go to the reservation desk to obtain a plate or bowl. The help was rude.

First of all we want to thank you for your very honest review, guests really do not understand how important & helpful reviews are. Secondly, we apologize for the bad experience you feel you had during your stay. We have, however, stood up & took notice; our hotel has been newly renovated inside & out (Sept. & Oct. 2010), along with the addition of on-site property managers including security (Oct. 2010). We have also made a lot of changes within our housekeeping staff & most of the televisions has been replaced along with new remotes. Our breakfast offers a variety of foods along with an adequate supply. We strive for guest satisfaction, we feel the changes will make our guests time with us more comfortable & enjoyable. Again, thank you & we hope you will visit us again so you can see the chances we have made.
