Way to many problems here to even consider staying here again. A/C units are small window units situated in the vanity area at the rear of the room. They are incapable of cooling the room due to their size. The vanity area and bathroom will be nice and cool but the bed area to the door will be uncomfortable in summer. If you dont mind an 80 degree room you will be ok.

Wifi is useless! When it connects the speed is dial up at best, but normally it is completely useless.

Decor is very old, similar to early 90's. However, the rooms seem clean.

TV only has 28 channels not the over 80 channels as advertised on their site and required by Days Inn Corporate.

Note to truckers: they say they have truck parking but more than one truck in the area they have you park and you will not be able to get out or park without HUGE difficulty!

Safety seemed ok to a large male. However, this is in a BAD area of Denver with many undesirables staying at the hotel and walking the streets in the area.

Bottom line is if you dont mind poor a/c, no wifi, old decor, sketchy safety and the most basic of cable, and you can get this place at an awesome rate I would say go for it. Otherwise, choose anywhere else!

I had an awesome stay here regardless what the people have been writing. the rooms are not five star but decent and safe enough for a nights stay. The staff were very helpful and also very attentive to my needs. Please ask for mrs.ruby. she will make sure you have a great nights stay. Herself and the staff there are trying very hard to change the reputation of the hotel. If you dont see that effort then your not looking hard enough. This place is definately a diamond in the rough. I will definaletly come back when I return to Denver,co.

Can't believe our work's travel company booked us a room here! We will be complaining on Monday. Avoid this place at all costs and stay nearer the city centre.

Worst part of town. We should have left right then, but we got card keys to a room in a dingy-corner of the place. Keys wouldn't work. Walked back and got another pair that wouldn't work either. Manager came out with a new set of card keys. Wouldn't work for him, either. He called the owner on his cell phone. Owner said the handle on that particular room worked the opposite of the others--you had to pull up instead of push down. That got us in. Room was dingy and extremely stuffy. Went to turn on the air. No air. I don't mean no air conditioner, I mean no fan, either. The wall unit put out heat only, which we didn't need or want. Went to open a window. Only one window and it was a sealed "picture" window with a view of only a concrete garage wall eight feet away. Called the manager and asked about ventilation, he said the owner turned off the air when summer was over (It was October) and that most people just left the doors to their rooms open. All night? In THIS part of town? We called American Express and all they could do was talk to the manager, who said he would cancel our second night, but not this first one. So we just left. As I was packing the car, a seedy-looking resident from up above saw our license plates and asked if he could ride with us to California. As we drove by the office on our way out, the manager watched us go as if he were used to it. Positively the very worst hotel/motel experience I or we have ever had, and I'm 65.
