Awful! I'm embarrassed to say that I had booked this room in advance online, and had made a hugely dire mistake by clicking on the wrong property on the website while making the reservation. Luckily, this was just a place to park ourselves and we were only staying for a few hours, as we were flying home early in the morning.
This is not in a good part of town. The lobby and reception is old with a leaky ceiling, complete with an array of questionable characters hanging around at 11:00 at night. The room we stayed in was in serious need of updating and renovating. I was scared to touch anything in the room for fear of nasty germ transfer. Shoes on at all times, even in the shower. I didn't feel very secure in our room — the chain lock was broken. Worst of all is the cold water shower that my boyfriend had to take in the morning because there was no hot water at all. Perhaps I had used it all up for my shower 3 hours before? And when we dared to inform the front desk person about the lack of hot water, we were met with indifference and no effort at all to correct or help the situation. Nasty place. Good thing I will never have to go back. I sincerely hope that anyone who is considering booking here reads these reviews.
