I had to stay in this hotel because a company meeting and this is not the type of Courtyard Marriott that you want to stay unless: a) You have not choice, b) any other hotel in the whole state is sold out or c) you really don't care about comfort.
This property is very bad located (in an isolated industrial area very far from Denver Downtown and doesn't offers any type of "normal amenities" such as Room service, Bell Boy, Taxi service, Restaurant, etc.
I was there 3 weeks ago and honestly I had a very unpleasant time. The hotel hasn't any restaurant in a convenient walking distance during summer and the rooms are not sound proof so you will hear the Amtrak or any cargo train 2-3 times per day (including a regular one around 4 Am)
The hotel hasn't a 24 x 7 restaurant and they only offer breakfast. Ironically a major Yellow Cab facility is right in front of the hotel however get a cab is a nightmare and you have to wait 15-20 mins for it. My recommendation is to ask the driver from their airport for his/her phone number and make arrangement in advance.
The rooms are ugly and the TV cable service is not reliable. I had an intermittent service at night and it was very disappointing for me because I was following a soccer championship so hopefully the internet service was more reliable.
Nearby ( aprox 1 mile) you have a Home Depot, a walmart supermarket, a subway, a panera and a BBQ Place that i cannot remember (Famous Jack if I'm not wrong). Walking a mile during summer is a little bit challenging for me but always better than wait 20 mins for a taxi and get a complaint from the driver because it is a short distance.
You may want to consider any other option.
