This hotel is not safe, secure or sanitary! NOT somewhere you'd feel comfortable w/children. Many rooms rented by the month mixed with a few travelors that "bought" the nice pictures or didn't read prior reviews! Pool had broken chairs lying on their sides, outside lights not working, waist high weeds, broken locks on entry doors and the inside just as neglected. Filthy carpet, stained walls, broken lamps, broken 'fridge, bedding w/cigarette holes and smelling of smoke in "nonsmoking" rooms. We were only there for a week upon the assurance that it would be o.k. for our youth group. Strangers wandering halls at all hours, hotel residents' dogs barking, and homeless begging. God Bless the people who have no other choice.

We were stuck overnight due to weather, but the airline gave us a coupon for a discount. We were shocked that the regular rate was $120, as we've frequented Super 8 in California and the average is about $80. Still the room was clean, plenty of pillows, comfy bed, microwave and fridge. In the AM the breakfast room was overrun with large families, and a harried looking woman barely able to keep up in replacing the food items as they ran out. As the woman in line began making her fifth waffle on the one and only waffle maker, most of us in line (for more than 15 min.) groaned. I gave up and went for cold cereal so I wouldn't miss the shuttle to the airport. For such a large place two waffle makers makes more sense, and the Super 8s in California also offer snacks and wine free to guests in the evening.

They have a no refund policy. We got there early(11:00) and wanted to keep moving on the road, gave me no refund. The outside was not impressive, weeds. It did seem like a family place.

We chose this hotel for the price and the fact that it had gym/weight room and pool. We had 2 rooms side by side for 3 nights. One room had 2 qween size beds and the other a king. The rooms were made up nicely each day. We each had a computer which we left in the room at all time with no problem. The neighborhood is a little rough but very central to freeway and there is a small mall within walking distance which includes a Wal Mart and different resturants.
One room (2 Q beds) had a noisy AC and fuzzy TV on all channels.
One room (1 king bed) No problems
Front desk was very helpful and pleasant. They were willing to look up anything for you to make your trip a little nicer
The weight room was "out of order" and no real explaination or plans to fix it
Slow internet connection in the room, but it does work. Free computer for use in lobby
