Staff is excellent at building a relationship. Restaurant is little used, but surprisingly good...as is the room service. Bar is very friendly and comfortable.

Courtyard by Marriott was immensely wonderful place to stay.

Positives: Good clean rooms with a great view of Rockies snow clad at the time we were there and a wonderful view of Denver downtown. Close to all shopping, many shops within walking distance, close to a host of eating places. 4 miles from cherry creek mall but a lot of other shopping and eating options close by. Good friendly staff. Great value for money

Negatives: have to stretch to find negatives. The hotel has wrong address on web site that makes it tough to find (says colorado Ave may be right) but it is off colorado boulevard.

When we first walked through the doors it seemed nice and clean. The man up front was very nice and helpful. We checked in fast. We got a suite with a King's bed and 2 pullout couches. There was plenty of room to move around in the two rooms and plenty of closet space. The little kitchen area is nice and the service is great.
A few complaints:
We found a couple of spiders in the room but had them taken care of.

The bathroom was quite small and did not have any drawers for my family's things.

The restraunt had weird hours. 5pm-11pm.

Overall we had a good taste of Denver.

Excellent experience with a 2 night stay - on business travel. All staff were extremely friendly, service oriented, and professional. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was fresh and service was impecable.

Great hotel.
