I stayed here for 1 night on 11 December. Getting to the front of the hotel was slightly challenging due to construction, but following the signs got me straight to the valet. The valet was very courteous and helpful, they unloaded my luggage and assured me that my car would be available to me 24/7. I could call ahead and they'd have it ready and running for me in minutes.
Checkin was quick & painless; friendly front desk staff had my package ready & waiting, all in order.
The room was nice; standard HGI king. Just what I expect and love about HGI properties. Pulled the blackout curtains, dialed in my sleep number, and off to lala-land I went...
I slept in late, and went down to breakfast a few minutes before they closed. The staff were breaking everything down and cleaning up. I fully expected to be turned away, but they welcomed me and I was served a delicious, hot breakfast of cheese omelet, fresh fruit, bacon, juice, coffee... all of it. When I was finished, about 20 minutes later, I saw a couple and their 2 kids walk in for breakfast and I thought, "no way are they getting breakfast!" Well, I was WRONG. They were greeted, and served just as I was. That's truly excellent service.
When I checked out and asked for my car, the valets were, again, fast and courteous. I enjoyed another cup of coffee while my car warmed up and the valets loaded my bags.
HGI, thanks for great service. I'm sure there are challenges given the construction, but this place still rocks!

Thank you so much for taking the time write about your experience at the hotel! I'm glad to hear you had such great service at breakfast as did our other guests. Our staff is our greatest asset. We look forward to seeing you in Cherry Creek again.
