I booked an event in their ballroom. My VIP tables were not served plates their host was cursing and spitting over the food at the carving station. They switched event coordinators on me 3 times and they claim I owe them $3000.00 after their alchol sales exceeded expectations. Dont do it. They had an issue where 100s of people could not get in their rooms when their computer crashed recently... Dont DO IT!

I stayed here on business, mostly for the location (Tech Park). I'll hit the high points because I was only there for one evening.

Service - I was greeted promptly upon arrival and the check-in process was hassle-free. The gentleman (I think his name is Luke) was very helpful and courteous. I received the same warm & genuine service upon check-out. Service at the on-site bar was also very good.

Room - I ended up with a double bed, instead of a king... Albeit, the reservation description did indicate "either a king or double room". I should have asked if they had a king room available. My two issues with the room were (1) the advertised "private patio" was the opposite of private as it was facing the interior bar/courtyard which was unpleasantly loud and (2) the bathroom accommodations were terribly small and difficult to maneuver. That being said, the room itself was clean and spacious. Nice HDTV and plenty of storage space.

The gym is solid. Plenty of cardio equipment and a decent amount of machines and free weights (which go up to 50 lbs). Breakfast service was pretty good. They ran out of coffee which was the only negative thing I can remember.

In conclusion, It was a pleasant stay with great service/staff. The room was nice, but I was annoyed by the not-private patio, the excessively loud music in the bar area and the ninja gymnastics I performed maneuvering the bathroom. I was probably more annoyed having just traveled into town from the Midwest. The $$$ value was consistent with what I would expect at any Marriott flag but I'm guessing the private-patio suite included a premium. I will probably review other alternative hotels before selecting this one...

Stayed here during Christmas 2011. Very quiet during our stay. Staff upgraded us to Junior Suite. Typical Marriott hotel room. Bed is comfortable. Location is good for access to shopping and restaurants nearby. Rooms clean and comfortable.

I stayed here last week just after the blizzard hit. I think I was probably one of maybe 6 people staying there Thursday night. The parking lot was filled with snow upon my arrival, but I was able to park OK in the side lot. The staff took great care of me & I made it out the next morning without incident.
