I have stayed there twice now on business, the hotel is extremely comfortable and welcoming, the staff are awesome, and the studio 'suites" are perfect for work and relax with living and working area apart from sleep.
With complementary breakfast and happy hour buffet's the only meal you need to eat out is lunch.

We stayed in one bedroom suite. It was very spacious. The full-size kitchen was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with just what was needed to make a nice meal. Room was clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Only complaint is you can hear lots from other rooms and the hall. No outside noise though. We didn't use the parking, as it was $20 a day. A person could have parked in the garage right next door for $8 a night on the weekend. Had we driven, we would have parked next door. Great location for enjoying the downtown shopping and nightlife.

We stayed at this location for our 20th Anniversary. The staff made us feel special and when we returned to our room they had a bottle of wine and a lovely card wishing us Happy Anniversary. The hotel is the perfect location for spending time in the city. We were pleasantly surprised that they provided free food and drinks for happy hour the breakfast was awesome. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that would like to stay in Denver.Thank you Residence Staff for making our time there special.

To my chagrin, this Marriott Residence Inn allows people to bring dogs (and probably cats). The dog next door to us barked all day. When I notified the front desk, the surprising response was "we charge an extra $75 for dogs", to which I replied "that may be good for Marriott, but doesn't address the problem that inconsiderate people leave their dogs to bark all day, which is not good for other guests". You might expect dogs in a Motel 6, but not in a Marriott.
The room was comfortable and nice, but the breakfast included tough, lukewarm eggs and hash.
