I am giving the hotel a lot of latitude because they were in a construction phase. However, I had three problems that are not acceptable.
1) Physical security was poor. I like to lock my door so that a hotel blunder does not result in a guest waling in on me in the middle of the night. I have been in that situation and so I am cautious.
2) Two of the surrounding hotels had a better signal for WiFi than the one I was in. Very poor for doing business on the road.
3) There was a middle of the night commotion that woke me from a sound sleep. I then had a hard time getting back to sleep because the customer next door sounded like an intermittent gas engine. Very poor wall insulation quality.
Again, I have overlooked the dust and construction inconvenience that was also going on. I would not stay here if I wanted to be productive the next day.
