This was the worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in several of them. They are low priced and usually very clean, that is why I felt safe reserving this hotel. When we checked in, that safe feeling went right out the window.
The carpet was so dirty I would not let my daughter walk around without socks on, and they were filthy black after just a few strides across the carpet. The shower did not work. The bath tub had no drain plug. The toilet ran all night and rocked on the floor when you sat on it. There were dirty hand prints on the bathroom wall.
Why did we stay? Because it was very close to the event we were attending. The event would last all day long from 9am to 10pm, so we would only have to tolerate the room to sleep in, and yes, I was very leery about that. We did not know Denver well enough to be driving around trying to find another hotel on a Friday night. So we elected to stay.
Most Super 8's are Hotels this was a Motel.

stayed here on a promotion, and was quite happy. booked a suite with 2 queens. got a 2 bedroom apartment! with full kitchen! layout was great. staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel had stains on the carpet, some older furniture, and could use some paint/basic maintence to bring up the appearance, but overall was "clean". wouldnt go out of my way to stay here, but would stay here again if the chance arose. no wireless internet (or wired internet) available. free local phone calls and 800 calls to dialup.
