We bought a Living Social deal online and so got a little better deal than their advertised weekend rate as we were guaranteed an upgraded room. I think that means it is slightly larger and has slightly larger windows. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a little dated. Our first night we had a king bed and had to switch because if one person moved the other person bounced around so much that it was difficult to sleep. The staff was very nice and moved us to a room with two beds. It had a weird smell but we got used to it. I always wonder about hotels that allow pets and how well are they cleaned after? We didn't eat in the restaurant; it just didn't have much appeal and there are so many great restaurants in the Cherry Creek area a five minute drive away.

The hotel does provide a shuttle service which we used to dine downtown one night and that was nice and again, their staff was very accommodating.

We were in town for the Stock Show and to meet friends so it was fine for a place to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night on 1/21/12 as my company was having their annual party in Denver and figured it would be safest to stay overnight at a nearby hotel that had shuttle service. As soon as I arrived at the hotel to check in I realized the staff were just as I had read on TA...exceptional! The bellhop and concierge Chris immediately helped me with my luggage and got me and my belongings to my room in super fast time. The shuttle driver, Rick, made me feel like a VIP and the shuttle vehicle looked more like a limo than what I was expecting (a regular hotel shuttle 'bus' which is typically what you get when it's free). I stayed very late at the party so had to taxi it back to the hotel which was not a problem. The next morning another bellhop, Michael, was at my door in short order to get me and my belongings safely back to my car. I had slept well in the comfy bed and the room temperature for me was perfect. The only complaint is having other folks who are leaving the hotel while I was asleep would allow the doors to slam closed which woke me every time it happened. Other than that, my short stay was delightful and I will most certainly be returning when I need a clean room and a lovely hotel in Denver. Thanks, Loews! Your staff are wonderful!!!

I travel for work about ten nights a month and when I check into a hotel I always make sure I look at the bed first thing. When I got to my room and pulled the comforter back there was a bunch of dirt laying on the top sheets. I have no idea if they dropped it on the ground or what. Then I noticed a nasty white stain on the bed skirt. I called housekeeping and they changed the sheets but you could tell the stain was just spot treated on the bed skirt. The guys working in the lobby gave great service but with that nasty bed I had a hard time relaxing!

The hotel was pretty centrally located about 15 minutes outside of downtown Denver near the cute neighborhood of WashPark. The rooms were comfortable and the staff had excellent customer service.
