I stayed at the Crossland for over 3 mo nths. I was treated like it was my privledge to be staying there not like I was paying them. The customer Service was horrible. Tracy and employee there was always getting high in guests rooms and never there to assist you. Megan the Manager was always rude and in a pissy mood. Beware stay away. This hotel is very well priced butr you get what you pay for.

“Great value with limitations”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 August 2009

We stayed on 2 occasions during our recent trip as Colorado Springs was used as our base. The first stay was for 3 nights. Room was not cleaned once, neither were towels changed. That presented a bit of a problem for us as their towels are not the best quality- small, very thin. We liked the idea of having a kitchenette. Overall, considering the price, we got exceptionally good value for money - barring the cleaning and towels.

Office staff need some training in interpersonal skills as you feel as if you are walking into a government building when you try and check in. Make you feel guilty for staying there.

Everything worked, including their internet facility - which I had to pay for.

“The price paid ($60) per night was too high for this 'nonsmoking' room that smelled strongly of smoke.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 July 2009

The smell of smoke was so strong that we nearly had to leave and get air freshener for our prepaid four night stay. The linens needed some improvement . The room was only cleaned once during our stay. Towels should have been replenished daily. The only channels on the tv that worked well were Fox News and the cartoon network. All of the others were fuzzy. It should be noted that this is an extended stay hotel. There was no iron, no dryer, not even a suitcase rack.

“Great Value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 October 2008

This hotel is a great value. It is very convenient and has teriffic views of the mountains and the city. It is an economy hotel and lives up to it's billing. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this location on several occasions and have never been disappointed.

“Not bad, good rate, Great View”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 June 2008

Not a bad hotel for long stays, and you can not beat the price. The best way to book this hotel is through their company web-site. If you register on their web-site, they will send you codes for $50 - $100 off. The code I used was LWE50. It gave me $50 off my total bill. Rooms are small.
