The Colorado Springs police department website lists the address for the, room #314 to be exact, on their list of busted meth labs. From the ammonia/cat pee/ethyl smell in both the stairwell and elevator access corridor, I'm thinking they're still "cooking" things up here. If that doesn't bother you, beware noisy conditions, people coming and going @ 3am and concrete slab-like beds. At $42 a night, I guess you get what you pay for.

I travel alot and this hotel is bad. All the extended stay hotels seam to be but this takes the cake. I was put in a room on top of the sprinkler room loud noises all night not to mention the people above partying all nigh untill 4am no one to call to stop it. At 6am the same people have other. People banging on thete door for an hour. I will never. Recommend or stay in this dump again. Beds suck thete as hard as a boxspring

Very comfortable stay especially when you travel across the country. We were pleased to have a small kitchen with all the The fron desk person was very polite , friendly, and helped us with the directions.
The room was clean and bathroom looked very new. Convenient location also - close to town - a big plus. And the price - OMG! :) :) :) - what a great value!!!

Ripped off by priceline. Not in good neighborhood. Canceled rest of stay. Good thing left early news said a murder suspect was staying there and caught next morning.
