Rooms were neat and clean. Service OK. Breakfast a waste of time and money. Plan on eating somewhere else. Overall satisfactory value for the money.

It has a pretty setting with flowers and a small lake and fountain with the backdrop of mountains. It has a good location as it is walking distance of restaurants, Fazoli's, Denny's, Chili's & Arby's and across the road from Target & more stores.
Check in was very fast. Typical Fairfield with microwave & fridge also. Good lighting but no full length mirror. Bathroom had moulded bath surround which always looks fresher as less grout. The washbasin was outside the bathroom. There was a note saying if towels were to re reused to hang them up. We did this but they were still replaced. This is an admirable policy but rarely actually carried out which really annoys me! Why bother with the sign!?
Our room 213 was next to the lift but not too noisy luckily as we had asked to change it for that reason but they were fully booked. The room also overlooked the main entrance and there was outside noise when we opened the window rather than have noisy a/c. There were a lot of bikers in town.
The woodwork on the drawer unit was showing signs of age.
Satisfied overall.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in August of 2011. The front desk staff was very friendly on every shift and did what they could to accomodate our requests (extra towels, etc). We asked for and received a roll-away, though the room could barely hold it. At least we got the roll-away. Breakfast included wrapped sandwiches, which was a nice surprise. Very clean. Quiet at night. Overall, a very nice stay.

We stayed for 3 nights last week. The hotel is in a really convenient location, near other hotels, close to shopping and clost to I-25. the hotel is just a few miles to Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.. plus only about 5 miles or so to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs attractions. The room was neat and clean and the breakfast was the standard continental breakfast fare with waffles. The internet and TV was fine as well.

The only negatives that I can think of is that the hotel is very busy and does show the wear in certain places. Also, it is located next to a pond, which makes the hotel entrance and parking lot seem damp and humid. Also, the hotel was a bit pricey for a Fairfield inn, but I am really not complaining due to its convenient location to everything.
