Not much to say besides it was a solid night stay. Only negative was that the fitness room was very small... not much in their besides a bike, treadmill, and elliptical machine. Breakfast was also solid but nothing phenomenal. Would rank this Residence in right in the middle of their pack. Would stay there again as they met all my main criteria.

Great 5 night stay. Had a 2 br 2 bath suite with spouse, son, d-in-law and grandson. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was right on top of everything. One of rooms was plenty large to accept a crib which hotel provided. Great breakfast selections, Ms Pat and all staff were nice to see in the morning. Did not have the evening reception meals due to our touring schedule. Excellent location. Close (walking distance) to World Arena, movies, shopping, eating. Quick to highway (I25) for any north south travel.
Room was on highway side and had double windows to mute noise. Background noise did not bother me or members of party. Business center computer one of the slowest I have used on the IBahn system Marriott provides. In room access was very good.
Nice hot water for showers, bathroom fans were really noisy should be replaced.
Asst mgr very helpful in rearranging our reservation to to travel schedule changes.
Would surely stay here again when in C'Springs area.

nice simple continental bfast, pastries, cereal for bfast. room was clean but kinda small. were told we were getting a king bed but it was the size of a queen and when we called to change rooms they said the other room was booked now, but it wasnt when we were at the front desk. kinda odd.

We've stayed in Residence Inn's in the past and our stay in this one was disappointing for multiple reasons. Overall Residence Inn's are known for their great full hot breakfast. We witnessed the breakfast staff standing around watching TV while things needed to be stocked. One morning they completely ran out of multiple items such as bagels, donuts, yogurt, potatoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits/gravy, etc. Many travelers were eating cereal and oatmeal because there wasn't much of anything else to eat at 7am!
** Our room wasn't as nice as other RI's that we've stayed at in the past. We were placed in the room next to the elevator so we heard that ALL night long. There was also a dog barking that we had to deal with. I didn't realize they allowed pets. Bed was comfy when we got to sleep.
We love RI's, but like other reviewers that weren't impressed we weren't either! I'm sure we'll be in the CO Springs area again but wouldn't stay at this property - I'd try another!
