I stayed here for just about three weeks when I was in Colorado Springs for business. My room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and the location was good. Wi-fi is a little slow (not a big deal). Also, there was a mistake about billing and the length of my stay, but the front desk staff was able to get it straightened out quickly and easily. I would stay here again -- cheap, comfortable, clean, and a good location.

The bagels in their breakfast are best on Tuesdays. :)

We chose Colorado Springs to visit Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, etc. Plesantly surprised with the ammenties provided at the hotel. WiFi was good, breakfast was well stocked for a busy morning. Visited the weekend after Air Force graduation at Air Force Academy and everyone seemed glad for the break!

I choose this hotel because comfort inns are usually clean and comfortable, but not this one. The first room was non-smoking, yet reeked of cigarette smoke. We woke in the middle of the night and couldn't breath well. The smoking rooms at the end of the hall made the entire wing reek of smoke.
The next morning, we changed rooms to the 3rd floor, hoping to get away from the smoke. The new room had barely been cleaned. The sheets obviously weren't changed because they had hair inside and the coffee maker smelled of coffee (obviously, it hadn't even been rinsed out).

Hotel is good overall. Some signs of minor wear (for example, worn carpets). But clean and no major problems with our room. Breakfast was fine, typical for a Comfort Inn. Parking lot does have lots of signs about not leaving valuables, so we cleaned out our car and parked next to building instead of parking in the shadows. I have no complaints and would stay here again.
