“Fresh and comfortable”

We stayed at travelodge while we were looking for house in Colorado Springs. Hotel is located in within walking distance to old colorado city. Location-wise it was close to groceries and restaurants which were most important for long time hotel guest. Hotel was clean and bed was one of the most comfortable bed we ever had. Room was small but efficient with freshness, microwave, fridge and hair dryer.Service was great and lovely. Amber, Erika were very helpful and caring. They were very familiar with the area and helped us to find nice and decent neighborhood.

We stayed here four times in 6 months. Every time we come back we see some new improvements. Staff are always welcome us with nice smile. We are happy with their clean room and great and friendly service.

“STAYING IN COLORADO SPRINGS”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

I have stayed in many hotels and I found the staff at this hotel very helpful and friendly. From the manager to the cleaner and everyone in between. After traveling through the night I arrived early hours before my checking time.I arrived tired and hungry, the manager (Shakil)was understanding of this and checked me in early.Which as an experinced traveler was much appreciated. If making your way to the hostel on foot from Colorado Springs, do not follow the highway, instead walk along Colorado Avenue with the possibilty of catching a bus. There are no buses on Sunday. Also, when catching a bus your ticket is valid for two hours, so you can transfer fro one bus to another. When visiting Seven Falls be prepared to be disppointed, it is only ONE fall with seven 'kinks' in it, some only a few feet high.

Room Tip: All rooms are good I stayed here twicein different rooms.

“First week in Jan 2012”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 January 2012

Stayed there this past week and thought the price was good....day managers (Candy and some fellow) bent over backwards to help everyone they came in contact with. I like the way that if you went to the front desk to ask a question you got all their attention. No looked away not wanting to help. I thought the breakfast was good pool area was to cold for me but water was warm so kids liked it.....All I can say negative is they need to get some painting and minor updating done. I thought the carpets could have been vacuumed better. Bed was the most comfortable I have slept in. Best staff I have ever came across. Like I said...a little paint and a wet rag could go a long way. I plan to stay here again though. (my house could use some
paint too)

Room Tip: book a room so you are looking at the mountain and not the highway
