Myself and three other friends stopped here for a night for our spring break in March 2011. For 40 dollars a night, you can't beat the price. Sure, it's a little old and smelled strange. I'm used to the Hampton and Hilton hotels with my parents, but when you pay for them it doesn't matter. Great value, skip their "breakfast," and get on with why you're in the area.
In a nut shell don't let the lower price steer you away from this hotel. To be honest if you are looking for a competitive priced 2 star hotel that is family friendly this is the one. The staff was probably the key to helping overlook the imperfections . The staff should get a reward from Wyndham hotel chain for customer service . The Room was clean and comfortable a little noisy outside doors in thethe mornings. The hotel had a little wear and tear but As I mentioned the staff should be conmended because of them I will return wh Cen visiting Colorado Springs, CO
Sincerely,
David Watts
Travelodge is a great bargain. Hotel is located close to Manitou springs and close to some nice restaurants. Hotel is very affordable and service is good but not fancy. A good choice as a n economy hotel.
Great service, super clean room, dog area. Deluxe cont. breakfast was great, heated pool (in December) is small but warm! Fabulous location yet still quiet. Comfortable bed and wonderful customer service!!
