We arrived there in the afternoon and took about five minutes to find someone to come up to the desk. They have neither bell nor buzzer, but after calling out hello a couple of times someone popped out and told me to wait. The front desk was normally deserted - I got a feeling at one point when the desk clerk left with a plunger that they're perhaps understaffed.
We were there with a soccer team for a tournament and asked if we could use the breakfast room for a short birthday party. We were first told they needed to get some sort of approval and then told later we could have it for two hours for $150. No thanks.
They also have a sneaky charge where you pay $1.50 per day for use of the safe unless you tell them otherwise. This charge is clearly posted in small print on the front desk but they never mention it so you need to explicitly tell them not to charge you for it.
On the plus side the rooms were very nice and quiet although the halls were hot and musty. The layout of the rooms has a sofa bed near the door separated from the beds by the bathroom, creating some privacy if you have three people in the room.
