The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfasts and snacks/light dinners were good, and the kids liked having a small pool, basketball court and playground on the premises.

The only problem we had was being assigned to 2 suites, both on the upper level -- there is no elevator, so be prepared to drag your bags up 2 flights of wooden outdoor stairs.

PERFECTION! I normally don't feel the need to write reviews but our stay here was nothing less than amazing! We stayed for 34 days with our 1yr old and 5yr old. Really was worth every penny! You get what you pay for and more than your money's worth. Not only is the location convienient, I can't say enough good things about the staff.
Not only ultra professinal, but sincerly friendly and extremely accomodating! Top notch customer service! The grounds and rooms are well kept, housekeeping is very thorough, you'll never want for anything. We felt so spoiled! We look forward to visiting Colorado Springs again and definatley look forward to coming back to this Residence Inn!

My husband and I had been on the road (except for a 10-day stay in San Diego) for a month so I was a bit homesick when we arrived. The lobby was warmly decorated with living room furnishings. Our suite was light and tastefully decorated in russets, gold, and beige with walnut woods. We were so comfortable with free internet, complete kitchen, and flatscreen tv. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant next door which was delightful. Of course, like other Residence Inns, there was a hot breakfast including eggs, fresh waffles, sausage, and
and even home fries. There was even a variety of my favorite herbal tea. As usual at most
Marriots the bed was relaxing and the linen all cotton. For fun I took some shots on the
basketball court (which had a rubber floor). The internet service was fine. I wish I could stay here a few more days. We also enjoyed hiking in nearby Garden of the Gods with its junipers, myriads of wild flowers, and dramatic red sandstone formations.

We stayed in the Penthouse unit which was nice for the size group we had. The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable but we figured it would be as that is usually the case. Two bathrooms was a plus. The pool is nice along with the hot tub but the view of Pike's Peak is blocked by a storage facility right behind it but you can see the peak from the far end of the pool. The breakfast was good and is a plus. Not very close to I-25 so did alot of driving. Not close to downtown either. We weren't sure about where the location was in relation to tourist attractions but still was a good deal for us considering the amount of driving. We would recommend this hotel.
