The rooms were nice and fairly clean. Probably too small if you have more than 2 people. Small sink area. Beds were comfy. The bar does serve food and the servers are very friendly. Shuttle service to and from airport. Will shuttle anywhere 3 mile radius. Only one complaint and small it will be. Check out is not smooth and hate the word, "cant".

This hotel has a gorgeous lobby but that's where it stops, we were there for a hockey tournament and required to use this hotel as part of the tournament, if we were not I would have walked out. The rooms smell and are very small and run down. They charge for breakfast way too much, Denny's is across the highway and you get much better food with a better price. I cannot express here my disappointment in this hotel as I expected so much more from a Crowne Plaza... disgusting is the only word that comes to mind that I can write here.

Everything new in room from flatscreen TV,bathroom fixtures,amenities, thick towels,comfortable bed and pillows. With map of hotel found it easy to find room. A short drive to shopping and restaurants and good location right off of hwy25. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The night I arrived after a 10 hour drive, and having had a reservation for over a month, I got put in a room with a murphy bed. I said, "really? I don't understand that since I've had a reservation for a king room for over a month and just because I am arriving late I am getting stuck with the leftovers?" No questions asked, they asked me if I would like to be walked to another hotel. I accepted. The resort they sent me to (and paid for) was gorgeous and the bed awesome. When I came back to the Crowne Plaza the next day (for my 2nd night), the front desk manager recognized me and called me by name. That is impressive. The room was not all that impressive, but the staff made up for it.

After a 5 hour drive and an errant GPS, we roled into the Crowne Plaza about 8:00 p.m. The young man who helped us was cordial, welcoming and noted that I had just become a Priority member.
He casually mentioned that he would upgrade our room when I requested a quiet part of the hotel. Wow! It turned out to be a fantastic space and we ended out staying another night instead of moving on to Denver for a hotel there.
Loved then entire stay there including a large jetted tub in the bathroom. Will be back again next time we visit Colorado Springs.
