“True feeling of Colorado”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2012

We often visit the Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
The rooms were remodeled recently, and the beds are so comfortable. Plus, they have the neatest reading lights! The Sunday Brunch is the best. We would also recommend having dinner off the bar menu in the Will Rogers Lounge. They have a good selection and the prices are really reasonable.
The resort is connected to the Country Club of Colorado, so the extra amenities are many-like an Olympic Size Pool, a lake, boating, 2 other pools, great work-out facility, golf and tennis. Plus, the nature beauty of the Colorado Rockies can't be beat.

Room Tip: All the rooms have a view of the mountains, and golf course and same also have the lake.

“Warm room in a snowstorm”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 February 2012

We stayed at the Dove Building for two nights. Great room with balcony and no view (#518). The staff were helpful and polite and the room was very big, comfortable and the most important very clean. Unfortunately WiFi did not work in my room for the first two days but Dan from the IT department came to my room 15 min after I reported the problem and was great to work with. Also for $16 (resort fee) you can use the fitness and Aquatics center, free local calls and WiFi.
I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Colorado Spring area whether it be a holiday or a business trip.

“Room with a View”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

This is a great location for a vacation or for conferences. Newly remodeled rooms and very good amenities. The fitness facility is fantastic. The only downside to the property is that its numerous buildings (14 in all, I believe) are very spread out, but that's a minor complaint. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view!

“Beautiful setting, comfy rooms”

We stay here whenever we visit CSprings on overnight trips. Location is perfect and rooms are great, just wish they would dispense w the aggravating $16/night/room resort fee. We use none of the facilities ever but we love everything else about this place.

Room Tip: Always get mountain view! Worth the extra $ to look ot on Cheyenne Mountain.

“So pretty at Christmas!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 January 2012

My family stayed here one night and stayed in two rooms. The rooms were adjoining and very very nice. It was apparent that the rooms had recently been remodeled and were beautiful. The lobby was gergeous with all the lights and Christmas trees. My son loved being able to use the pool tables and xbox!!! We ate breakfast at the resturant in the resort and it was filling and tasty.
My only complaint and the reson for 4 starts instead if 5 is the indoor pool. With two small boys we were anxious to burn up some energy at the resort pool. We were very disappointed to find the pool was a long walk from the reosrt and was a lap pool for the adjoining country club. The other non-resort patrons of the pool did not seem pleased by my kids. I can understand there nasty looks at my splashing boys but again we came to the resort in part so the kids could swim. In addition, the pool has no shallow end for the little ones. I think the minimum depth was 4'.
Overall a beautiful place to stay and I can only imagine a summer stay here would be fantastic!!

We are so happy that you and your family had a great stay at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort! We always love hearing that our guests enjoyed their accommodations and the ambiance that we hope to create for the holiday season. We appreciate your feedback regarding the indoor pool and it sounds like your sons had a blast! We hope you’ll visit us in the warmer months to experience our 4 outdoor pools and Kids Splash Park which is truly a family favorite!
