While we have stayed at numerous hotels over the past 5 years in Colorado Springs, this was our 1st time at the Garden of the Gods Quality Inn. We were 1st surprised at the rates quoted and then VERY PLEASANTLY surprised at the quality, cleanliness and warm welcoming staff during our 2 night stay. We WILL definitely be returning for further trips to Co. Sp.

The Front Desk Clerk was very helpful and professional. I asked about the comp breakfast hours. They were later than my needs. He volunteered to ask the morning FDC to have some of the breakfast prepped to meet my timetable.

In a day where service is becoming "Take it or leave it" mentality- he was refreshing and earned a "excellent" rating from me.

Nice room and in good shape.
Excellent value and location with easy walking proximity to wide-appeal resaturants.
Breakfast was standard for this chain- and eating space was part of the FD Lobby.

Great location off interstate- close by- but far enough to avoid the highway noise.

Overall- very nice place with a better than average value for dollar.

The staff was among the friendliest, most helpful we have ever experienced. Although it has some wear, it was still very attractive and very relaxed and homey feeling. Clean and great views of Pikes Peak. Unfortunately it's one of our own good memories of CS. We would love to see it in warmer months as I am sure it would be more beautiful, but not fond of the town layout, and suberbia feel. Besides the hotel staff and the Ting Tong (Korean restaurant) waiters, Colorado Springs was perhaps one of the most unfriendly cities I have ever been to.

Have been to Co Springs several times before and stayed at much more expensive hotels. Turns out we were wasting our money. The Quality Inn lives up to all the good reviews. Great staff, REALLY clean, very nice breakfast, perfect location. Everything you could ask for, for about $60 per night. We go to the Springs often and we will stay here every time from here on out
