Greeted by the most pleasant gentleman who handled our reservation with nothing less than how I would expect family to treat us!, he took his time giving us great information about the local points of interest, restaurants, etc... He truly was a spectacular ambassador for Quality Inn!!! 8 stars if I could give them!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. We had a room on the fourth floor. Our view in the morning was beautiful Pikes Peak. I requested extra blankets and they arrived promptly. I would recommend eating next door at the Village Inn too. The food is really good. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and value. It is just a few minutes from Garden of the Gods as well as Pikes Peak. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the Employees, and the Room was Great!...Will I go back yes, Definitely!

We had an amazing time, after driving over 10 hours with a toddler the check in process was great! It took less than 3 minutes and we were headed to our room. Being a mom I am VERY picky about where my son spends the night and I was very impressed with the quality of the room and the cleanliness! The WiFi was great and I never had any problems with anything! (A rarity for a hotel!) We only went to breakfast one morning but it was delicious! There were only two highchairs so when I asked front desk if they had another one, she was amazing and took the time to hunt down a booster chair for me! The staff was amazing and so helpful, always polite, I was asked countless times if I needed anything and how my stay had been! We were there for several days and in that time not one single complaint! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or staying for any amount of time, I know my family will certainly be back!
