Stayed ten nights for an extended business trip. The rooms were clean and quiet, the desk area well set up for the business traveler with free Wi Fi (although not enough bandwidth for news videos or YouTube, but is available at extra cost). I thought the room size was small for two beds and I think a family with small children would find the room cramped; but fine for a single traveler. The breakfast service was very good. Good location to both the airport and malls/restaurants. Easy to get downtown and to the interstate. I have stayed at other Springhills and think they offer good value for the price. My only complaint about this hotel is that the windows are not well insulated and there was a bad draft in the room. It was below zero outside at night, and despite keeping the curtains closed, running the heater, and wearing a sweatshirt, I was still cold. I finally solved the problem by keeping a towel across the floor at the main door which had a sizeable gap underneath. I would definitely stay again in warmer weather, but would probably try another hotel in winter.
