My son and I had a short trip planned to Colorado and unfortunately it fell at the same time the Blizzard of the century hit Denver, Feb. 2012. The Manager, Warren worked with us in every imaginable way because our two day stay turned into a five day stay because of the weather. The service and friendliness by Warren and his staff were impeccable. The hotel is in its final stages of renovations and is as nice as you could ask for. He gave us a discounted price for the last three days of our stay completely understanding our situation. You would be hard pressed to find another hotel and manager in the area that would surpass the Best Western Inn & Suites at Genoa Way in Castle Rock and Warren States.

“Nice hotel good area”

I enjoyed my stay...Best Westerns can be hit or miss but this one was really good. It was in a great location for shopping and dining. Staff friendly, beds and rooms comfortable.

Nice hotel, clean and pleasant staff. Location is great. Restaurants close by and also just across from a good Outlet Mall.

“Best inexpensive hotel in a LONG time!”

Our family stayed in the business suite. Huge flat screen. Granite countertops. Pool warm enough to swim. Discounted price. We WILL be back!

“Warm and Wonderful”

Every visit to the Best Western Inn at Castle Rock has been warm and wonderful, from the exceptionally hospitable desk clerk Judy to the inviting indoor pool and sauna to the generous morning breakfasts. The comfortable rooms never disappoint. Staying at this inn has become a tradition I happily share with my grandson; he especially loves the pool!
