I stayed one night here. It was a good trip until I went downstairs to have breakfast. After eating for 15 minutes, I went back upstairs to get my phone which I left next to the bed. The housekeeper stuff was in there, but my phone was not. The management was really unhelpful and did nothing to help locate my $300 phone.
I love this hotel! I have stayed here before and every time the rooms are perfect and the staff is tremendously friendly and helpful. It is convenient to south Denver with easy access off I-25. Super Shuttle even offers service to Denver International from here.

The Staff at this hotel is amazing. They cannot do enough to make your stay wonderful. The Manager is very interested in how your stay is going as well. The facilities are great, the rooms very clean, and the location is hard to beat. Just steps away you can have a great meal (Rockyard Brewery is our pick) and a huge outlet mall close by. We stayed here before going on to the Rockies to get rested up and "acclimated" to the altitude. A bonus was a view of Castle Rock from our window. This is a very friendly hotel and a hospitable welcome to Colorado.

My stay was great! I stayed several days and got to meet several people who worked there. If you are lucky you will get to meet Rosie, Tina Derik or Amanda, all who work the front desk. Each one is a little different but all most willing to help you if you are ever in need. I also got to meet Michelle and Sebrina all of whom are very familiar with Castle Rock and Colorado. If you are ever in need a travel suggestion ask them while staying there. As for the room......the beds are great....just what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Their beds are great! FYI......after you get done with dinner stop by the front desk. Every night there is a batch of fresh baked cookies. The pool and exercise room are pretty standard. What I loved best was the fact that the hotel is about 3 min away from the outlet mall. If you stop by the front desk of the hotel, they will give you a discount card for your added savings.

Stayed two nights in Castle Rock because this was much less expensive than Colorado Springs, but close enough to see the AF Academy, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak area during the day. It also has a great new outlet mall across the street. It has the high quality you expect from Hampton Inns and we were very pleased.
