Just spent 2 nights here in the Castle Rock CO location for a wedding. They went above & beyond to help get us make sure everything went smoothly. The staff they hire is absolutely the BEST. The shuttle gal was so patient & very professional getting our crew to the venue and back. The front desk staff was very accommodating to our needs. Nice complimentary breakfast made every morning easy. The rooms are clean & beds are comfy. Our room had a mini fridge and was nice to store drinks & snacks.

This coming from a hotel snob. I highly recommended them for any future traveling.

Bugs in the room, toilet not working and a careless attitude by front desk staff. Avoid this hotel at any cost. I skipped breakfast for fear of my health. This hotel needs to be dumped by Hilton, it really tarnishes the Hilton name

The people in the hotel and friendly and nice. The staff gives great service and are very responsive to the needs of their visitors. The hotel facilities are very accessible and delightful. I highly recommend this hotel to any person who is looking for a place to stay.

I stayed one night here. It was a good trip until I went downstairs to have breakfast. After eating for 15 minutes, I went back upstairs to get my phone which I left next to the bed. The housekeeper stuff was in there, but my phone was not. The management was really unhelpful and did nothing to help locate my $300 phone.
