I'd stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean except for some mold in the bathroom. The beds were hard but sleepable. The air conditioner did'nt work correctly and hardly ever ran. This place was really LOUD and since the air conditioner didn't work you could hear all the noises from people in the hallways and overhead until the wee hours of the morning. We were lucky to get 2 hours of sleep at most. The morning breakfast was a joke and they were out of everything including butter and cream cheese and cereal and yogury and... The eggs looks very undesirable and had to ask them to make coffee. Ended up eating a dry old bagel without cream cheese and a cup of coffee. Everyone was complaining. You would be better to save your $100 and sleep in your car in the parking lot or else pay the extra and go to the Comfort Inn down the street and pay $150 bucks. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

We had great service at the desk and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was not great. Overall, we recommend this hotel for the price- you can't beat it!

My wife and I stayed here one night before our all day rafting trip on the Arkansas River. We checked in around dinner time and didn't have reservations.... they had a room with two queens and it was very clean. It was also close to some eating spots. The only downside was that that the beds were very HARD ! But, it was clean and safe. Also very reasonable at 89.00 for the night.
