I found myself caught in a terrible storm on my motorcycle. After deviating from my route I wound ip on Burlington. This was the only place that still had any vacancy. The lobby smelled like an old lady's house an cigarettes. I paid comparable to what a big chain would charge.
The room was about 110 degrees til I turned on the ac. And someone elses HAIR was all over the bathroom.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.

We travel a lot and it was the only and the worst experience in our last trip. We have been in Ameericas Best Value Inn many times so we even have a membership on it. The main problem of this motel is the menager (or owner?). If you have a problem and you are not satisfied with the service, don't think you will get a refund from him - he will call the police to not to give you the money back. He doesn't know how to care about the client and he does not solve problems creatively.

I was on road trip with my family and we got tired and decided to stay in burlington for the night. It was real late and I needed to let people know we wouldn't be getting to our destination and the owner let us use his personal cell phone for the long distance call! Then we checked in and there was so much space in the room and the beds were so comfortable, we'll be sure to make this our in-between spot from now on.

I never like visiting Burlington but this place made my visit tolerable. It has clearly been improved since the other reviewers stayed here; the rooms were clean, the internet connection was good, the staff was friendly. I think they are trying hard to make their guests comfortable and I appreciate that. It's right next to Arby's and a couple other fast food places too, so I can walk to pick up dinner. Pretty convenient location. Next time I have to come back to Burlington I will stay here.
