Owner seems to live on property and seems very detail oriented. Pool and hot tub were spotless as were all the public areas and our toom's bathroom. Washer and dryer on site $1/load was helpful after backpacking. Friendly staff. My only complaint was there were significant stains on the blankets (gross stuff) and the bed spreads were a bit worn and threadbare.

I was in the area with bunch of friends. We decided to stay at Super 8 motel, the price looked reasonable, and the motel looked good. After staying there, i would have to say this is by far the best Super 8 i have stayed at, the rooms were nice and clean, the management staff was friendly and helpful. They provided good healthy breakfast, the rooms were clean and quiet. I could not believe the service i got for the price i paid. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here with family for several nights and we enjoyed it. Neat rooms, well-maintained swimming pool, and overall good facilities. Decent location with several convenient restaurants nearby. Great location for the outdoors! Friendly staff and good room service. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

We again went to Buena Vista for whitewater rafting this year, and Super 8 was the best value for our family. Nicely updated rooms, great service at the desk and free breakfast, and lots of it! We loved it. If you are looking for a great place at a great price in Buena Vista, Super 8 is the place to be. River Runners for whitewater rafting comes higly recommended.
