You get what you pay for at this lovely establishment. It's old, loud, and lacks many of the services or amenities you might want from your ski vacation. Don't stay on the first floor or near the lobby...extremely loud. Lobby has additional restrooms, laundry, pool table, vending machines, and a gas fire pit. Everything requires quarters and the lobby hours are only from 0800 am to 1000 pm. This includes access to the hot tub. The rental company charges for everything...additional linens, etc..., bring some basic essentials for the long stays. Ski-in is a fact off the Four O'Clock run, take a left on Saw Mill Rd and you can ski right into your parking place. The free transit has a stop only 100m from the lodge at the corner of Saw Mill and Ski Hill. We had a water main burst this morning for the lodge and the rental company's response was quick, but an interim fix to assist guest was not there...this creates issues when nature calls for all the guest. The lodging advertises free WI-FI, not so much, it,s not that it cost ....it just didn't exist. I would not recommend this lodging to anyone other than college students.

Yes, this lodging was petite. There was one bedroom big enough for the bed, a galley kitchen, a futon (so we could have slept two more people but it would have been crowded), full bath, dining table and full view of Peak 9. But the value was excellent! This is the least expensive lodging I found when I booked through Expedia in early January for this March trip. We were dropped off here for three days of skiing and boarding before meeting my partner's family in Vail for additional 8 days of fun on the slopes.
This is great lodging-we would stay here again. Walking to the bus shuttle is less than 5 minutes. The first day I was able to ski in to the lodge, but that night they plowed, so I walked all of three minutes after skiing the following two days. Really good springtime skiing conditions.
Bonuses-Citymarket is 15 minute walk, and the entire town of Breckenridge is great! The dining is made up mostly of independent owners with small spaces, great food and fair prices.
Also rooms at Park Meadows may be small, but there is a very large commune area with a pool table, free wireless internet, two hottubs, a grill and laundry facility. On two mornings i was able to quickly and efficienlty work on the internet before skiing. This was a great place to stay and I won't hesitiate to book it again. Well worth the money for the prime skiing.

I stayed in the Lodge with my girlfriend in a one bedroom apartment, and we loved it...The apartment was not too big, but it was ok for two..It had a queen size bed in a roome, a good bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a living with a sofa, a table and an LCD...It was clean when we got there, but the housekeeping is not daily and had a great heating in the apartmentet...

The lodge has an excellent common area with a fireplace with couches, pool, a TV area, and hot tubs....

But the best thing was the location, next to the bus stop ( Green and Black route, to Peak 8 and Peak 9), and walking distance from Main Street and City Market...You can ski in the hotel, by skiing down Four O' Clock Run, and then down Sawmill Road...

Great stay, would defintely come back...

One important thing though, since I believe the apartments are privately owned, how good your apartment is depends on how the owner keeps it..

We stayed here over the President's Day weekend last year. This property was very reasonably priced for a ski in property on a holiday weekend. We rented a one bedroom with pull out couch for my family of four. Our condo had recently been renovated so everything was fairly new. It was very small. I would probably get a two bedroom next time. I liked having the ski storage outside our condo but you might bring your own lock since I couldn't figure out theirs.
The ski shuttle was close and I loved skiing off 4 Oclock run to our door at the end of the day. It did involve skiing down a quiet street a little. We were one of the first stops for the ski shuttle so it was empty when we got on. Some of the stops closer up to the slopes the bus was too full and people had to wait for another shuttle. It was a holdiday weekend.
There are definitely bigger and nicer condos. If you really want to save money and still have the convenience of ski in this was a good deal. You get what you pay for.
